... if I made a mistake buying this refrigerator. I like that it is cabinet depth (unlike the too-deep range), but there are several annoying design flaws, to my way of thinking. The water dispenser in the door is very shallow, which is good - it does not use up much room from the interior of the refrigerator - but the water flow does not shut off immediately. It tapers off, and is still flowing after you have moved your glass away. Because the stream of water is directed out at an angle (to compensate for the shallow inset of the dispenser), water is sprayed onto the floor in front of the refrigerator. Do I have to keep a towel there all the time? Come on. For the price of this fridge, make a decent water dispenser. I've not owned any other refrigerator that doesn't have instant shut-off of the water dispenser.The ice is made in the freezer. That's what I wanted, so as not to take up valuable refrigerator space for an in-door ice-maker. Ice drops into a bin in the top tray of the freezer compartment. BUT - the ice bin does not lift directly out of the freezer. The freezer door does not open enough for the bin to clear the refrigerator door above it. One either has to ALSO open the fridge door, or wrestle with the ice bin to maneuver it out of the freezer compartment. Again, not a good design. Do the try these things first?The refrigerator shelves extend side-to-side. I'm used to seeing split shelves in refrigerators this wide and refrigerators with two doors. This gives more flexibility in arranging shelves for different height products. There is nowhere to store tall bottles in an upright position except to get rid of one of the 3 shelves; dedicating one whole shelf to tall bottles is overkill and will result in wasted space on the rest of that shelf or a lot of things getting piled on top of each other.

Don't waste your money!!!!

The water dispenser stops too slowly, unless you are used to it for a while... friends try to use it and pull the glass away at a normal rate and water shoots all over the place. The display is vague and unhelpful, it just gives a few bars for temperature settings for both the refrigerator and freezer, no actual degrees so your guess is as good as mine. Under Settings some weird icon popped up and the repair guy didn't even know what it was??Worse than that the ice maker makes so little ice that we have to use the top drawer for ice trays!!! A $3000 Refrigerator!! We had a Samsung that cost 1/4 the price that made plenty of ice for the whole family. It is still not fixed and we have had the guy out twice. The rude British or Australian customer service guy told me that twenty (small) cubes of ice a day is "normal". Can you believe that!!!!
