The worst customer service ever experienced all the way up to the Management Level

Purchased this model @ 699.00, contacted customer service and was basically told there was nothing they could do because we had expired the 1 yr warranty. They state they warrant the compressor, however it is up to the consumer to have a tech, paid for again by "us" the consumer, to verify the issue and send Summit the verification. At that point Summit will send a new part and it is up to "us" to pay to have it installed. To top it off when I asked upper management about their support of the product, they claimed we would not find better "quality"... I am a bit confused. I can buy many other coolers for a 1/4 of the price and I can guarantee thay will last longer than 22 months... Summit AL752B
